About Carolyn

Carolyn Svahn, principal consultant at Work Positive Training Ltd, brings 20 years of experience in training and development. An accomplished trainer who delights in helping others to enhance their training skills. She holds a Level 5 Diploma in Stress Management and is an active, full member of the International Stress Management Association UK. During her career she has worked with organisations large and small, both public and private sector.
As the pace of change and the pressure to do more with fewer resources mounts she believes that supporting people in a healthy positive workplace is critical to the success of organisations today.
