Health Check your Organisation
How healthy is your organisation?
The Health and Safety Executive Survey 2006/07 reported that Stress, Depression and Anxiety is the single largest category of self reported illness caused or made worse by work.
13.8 million working days are lost due to these conditions at a cost of £3.7 billion.
Absence is costly and on average 30.2 working days are lost per affected case.
How much of this is preventable?
Carrying out a health check will enable you to identify if, and where, action is needed. The results are then analysed against HSE’s Management Standards providing you with a detailed picture of how healthy your organisation is.
Experience shows that many employees are often inhibited in expressing their true opinions to their employers directly. Our confidential survey questionnaire will enable your people to speak freely about their experience of the workplace.
Implementing a health check survey enables you to demonstrate active concern for your duty of care, enhancing your reputation as an employer.
Organisations who take action to prevent stress related illness at work report that savings in the cost of absence more than outweigh their investment.
